Sarah Caldwell Massage Therapist

After graduating from Integrative Massage Therapy School in Sacramento, California in 1988, I began building my clientele. Over the years I have worked for chiropractors, the WYCA of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin and through my home office(s). My current home office is situated in an old lambing shed that has been remodeled. The Little Red Hen House has a wood floor, a wall heater and lazured walls. Stepping inside, one feels welcomed into a “California Spa” type feeling, allowing for greater relaxation and a deeper healing experience through aromatherapy as well.
Hot Stones Massage

A massage with heated stones is grounding and warming down to the bones. The stones are heated in water with select essential oils, and applied to the body. The temperature of the stones varies according to the preferences of each client. I also offer my intuitive skills in identifying the “stuck” places, releasing the tension with deep muscular massage.
My commitment is to give my complete attention to my clientele

I am also a graduate of the Spatial Dynamics Institute. I can now offer massage techniques based on Dr Hauschka’s work in Rhythmical Massage, as indicated by Ita Wegman, MD. These techniques can be experienced in a work environment as well as in my studio, and I look forward to offering my skills in our community. Please give me a call if you would like to have a consultation for your business employees. Most recently I have completed a movement/massage course on the Back, and the shoulder ribcage streams; traveling to Portland, Oregon to study with Jaimen McMillan. Each “Hot Stone”massage session lasts a 90 minutes; the rhythmical massage techniques are variable in length, generally about 15 minutes for 2-3. For this introductory period, I will incorporate the costs of the Rhythmical massage techniques into the regular massage sessions, at my studio only. Local references available by request.
